Pre-Journey Steps:
1. Log in to the Member center. www.jenhickle.com/loginnow
2. Watch the Core Training Videos.
3. Print the Welcome Packet.
4. Set up a space to work at home (can be in your room, office, spare bedroom, or in the dining room or kitchen).
5. Mark your calendar for our upcoming calls!
After you watch the Core Training Videos:
1. Complete the Starting Point Form.
2. Complete the Strength Assessment.
3. Schedule your first Coaching Call.
Begin working on your Challenges!
1. Go to the Member Center to start working on the Challenges.
2. Refer to the Roadmap for instructions about your Challenges.
3. After you have completed 5 Challenges, you can get listed on the Directory!
4. After you have completed 7 Challenges, you’ll be certified as a VA!
5. After 6 months, stay connected, keep learning, and keep growing in the Membership Program!
Tools you may need:
- Canva (Start with a free account. Upgrade to Pro when you can.)
- Squarespace website (pricing)
- Website hosting (included in price of Squarespace)
- Website domain (usually between $1.99-$11.99 every other year to renew the domain)
- Google Workspace for email, calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets ($6/mo)
- Slack (free)
- Honeybook for invoicing, task management, billing, client inquiries, scheduling calls ($16/mo)
- Facebook Personal Profile (free)
- Instagram Business Profile (free)
- Calendly for scheduling calls, optional (free)
- Todoist, optional (free)
- Asana (sign up for the free trial to compare with Todoist)
