Hi! I’m Jen Hickle. I love business, I love teaching, and I love encouraging others!
After 25 years in business, I’ve taken all of my expertise, success, knowledge, and cheerleading personality and aimed it at helping creative visionaries put their big ideas into action.
My first business was teaching piano lessons in my living room. I grew that into a 7-figure music school with full-time desk staff and a team of over 20 music teachers. We had over 500 students coming to lessons every week.
In 2013, I helped my husband start our marketing agency. We support business owners all over North America with their websites, SEO, and Google Ads. Our sons work for our company and we are halfway to another million dollar company.
Because I love starting and growing businesses, we assisted with 3 church plants and helped my parents start their theatre company.
Through the years, I have won various awards: North Central University Graduate of the Year, Business Alumni of the Year, Social Media Marketer of the Year, and the Small to Medium Business Award from our local Chamber of Commerce.

When it comes to owning a business, there is definitely a very big aspect of pulling up your bootstraps and doing things that seem impossible, but then there are the other aspects of pulling up your bootstraps that a program won’t tell you, like how to follow the program when you are homeschooling your kids, when your marriage is going through a huge transition, when there is a death in the family, when health issues arise, when your personality has been to its limit and back…when chaos hits the world. Instead of telling me to get over it and back to business, Jen walked alongside me personally and gave me courage. She prayed with me, even when I was convinced I didn’t have it in me to keep moving forward. She has never backed down from the long hard conversations that someone needed to have with me.
