Loaves & Fishes: multiply what you have

You don’t need to have it all together. You just need to bring what you have.

Join us this fall for a sacred space of business growth, spiritual encouragement, and real connection. In this intimate mastermind-style event, we’ll gather around the story of the loaves and fishes — a powerful reminder that God multiplies what we give with open hands.

Through honest conversations, shared wisdom, and Spirit-led strategy, you’ll walk away with clarity, fresh ideas, and renewed faith that what you have is more than enough in the hands of God.

An Intimate Mastermind Retreat for Faith-Fueled Women in Business

October 2-5 in Plymouth, MN

What if your “not enough” is exactly what God is ready to multiply?

You’ve been faithful. You’ve poured your heart into your business.
You’ve stewarded your clients, your family, your dreams — sometimes all at once.

But deep down, you still wonder:

  • Is this really working?

  • Is it selfish to want more impact… more income… more ease?

  • What if what I have just isn’t enough?

Friend, you are not alone.

This fall, step away from the noise and step into an intimate room of women who get it — women who are building businesses with heart, leading with faith, and longing for clarity and connection.

Together, we’ll gather around the story of the loaves and fishes — not just to remember a miracle, but to believe for our own.

Why This Event is Different

This isn’t a stuffy conference or a high-pressure networking pitch-fest.

This is sacred space.

A table where you belong, just as you are.

A mastermind-style gathering with real conversation, tailored coaching, and Spirit-led strategy to help you:

  • Clarify where you’re going (and what’s actually in the way)
  • Discern what to release, what to trust, and what to multiply
  • Share your heart in a safe circle of like-minded women
  • Make bold decisions rooted in purpose, not pressure
  • Invite God back into your business planning
NEW this year: our event will be held at an AirBnB in Plymouth!
You’ll be able to choose your room and have space to hang out with retreat attendees, laugh, talk, and work on your business!

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Clarity around your next right step
  • Confidence in what you uniquely carry
  • Connections that last beyond the weekend
  • A renewed sense of peace, purpose, and possibility

This isn’t just a business retreat.
It’s a reset for your soul.

Is it worth attending?

Absolutely. Here’s why:

  • Clarity is expensive — confusion costs more. You could spin in circles for months trying to figure out what’s next. Or you could get the breakthrough in one weekend.
  • Conversations like this don’t happen over Zoom. There’s something sacred about being in the room. Face-to-face. Heart-to-heart. God shows up differently when we gather.
  • This isn’t just about your business. It’s about the woman you’re becoming. And the legacy you’re building. And the people who need what you have.

You’re not just paying for a flight and a place to stay. You’re investing in freedom.

Who this is for:

  • Women of faith running or building a business
  • Leaders who want strategy AND soul
  • Entrepreneurs feeling stuck, scattered, or ready for their next level
  • Those longing for meaningful connection, not surface-level small talk
  • Women who believe God can (and does!) show up in business

Come with your basket. Leave with more than enough.

Whether you’re carrying five loaves or two fish (or just crumbs!), bring it.

Bring what you have. Bring who you are. Bring the honest questions.

Let’s trust God to multiply it all.

Space is extremely limited. This is a small, curated gathering, limited to 10 people

Meet Jen Hickle

Jen Hickle is a speaker, business coach, and founder of Never Alone Business Services, a boutique company dedicated to helping women build businesses rooted in clarity, calling, and Christ.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Jen has grown multiple businesses from scratch — including a successful music school and a thriving business services agency — all while homeschooling four children, navigating the ups and downs of family life, and keeping her faith at the center. Her signature approach blends practical strategy with spiritual depth, helping women step fully into their God-given gifts while building systems that support both their vision and their values.

Jen is passionate about helping business owners get unstuck — whether it’s in their marketing, mindset, or messaging. Her coaching is known for being warm, encouraging, and refreshingly honest. She loves to go beyond surface-level tips to uncover the why behind your business and walk with you through the how.

She believes that entrepreneurship can be one of the most powerful tools for impact — and that when women partner with God, surrender their “not enough,” and take bold, aligned action, multiplication is inevitable.

Through masterminds, 1:1 coaching, her Virtual Assistant Academy, and a growing online community, Jen is on a mission to empower women of faith to confidently lead businesses that serve others, honor their season of life, and leave a legacy of purpose and provision.

When she’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find Jen in her cozy office with a coloring book and her favorite markers, spending time with her husband (who loves computers and football), loving on her four grown kids and granddaughter, or sipping coffee while dreaming up her next God-sized idea.

She truly believes: You’re never alone in business — or in life.

“It is so good to spend a little time with like minded people to share goals, ideas, thoughts and fears then to encourage one another in those things.
The retreat is a great way to get to know other business owners and share where we are and want to go.
Very uplifting! I feel cared about and that Jen is truly rooting for my success."

“You will leave rejuvenated and focused! It is time away from everything to concentrate on your business, uninterrupted. It's amazing what you can discover and plan when you have a few hours of uninterrupted time. Connecting with others is not the easiest thing for me, but it is such a blessing. It was so nice to connect with the coach and staff more. It helps build more trust and open the communication bridge more. It was also great to meet more VAs. You may not realize it, but it is also a networking opportunity. If someone comes to me and is interested in hiring a VA, but my hours are full, I have several VAs I can now recommend! I hesitated signing up for the retreat because I have been to some that seemed to be a waste of time and money, but this was worth every penny and minute.”

“You will come away refreshed, recharged, and with so many tools in you toolbox! Jen, Chris, Rachel and the whole Never Alone team are at the top of their game and want their members to succeed! I gained knowledge, and left feeling supported and even loved! They are always looking for ways to do things better! The quality of the work they do shows!”
